DYSC Travel Teams begin at the age of U10 and practice 2 nights a week with an 8 game schedule: 4 HOME games and 4 AWAY games. Away games will depend on the division the team plays in -- for example, the Northwest Division plays in towns such as Brookfield, New Milford, and Watertown -- while the Southwest Division plays in towns such as Greenwich, Fairfield, and Wilton. Travel teams also participate in at least 2 tournaments a year.
In 2010, DYSC hired a Director of Coaching to bring our program to the next level. Building upon that, DYSC has included Professional Trainers to work with our travel teams as well. We continue to try and improve our program to give the players in Danbury the best opportunity to improve on their skills while having fun.
