You may register ONLY ONE CHILD per registration. Payment is required at the time of registration using this online system.

 

If you care to mail in your registration, please download this form and send it in with your payment. Any registration submitted after the closing date stated on the registration form MUST include a $25 late fee and will be placed on the waiting list. No refunds are given after the start of the season. *NOTE: U6 players need to have turned 5 before the season begins in order to be eligible to play.
