DHS and DYSC Partnership
Danbury High School Athletic Department and the Danbury Youth Soccer Club are pleased to announce a joint venture to construct a new turf field in the DHS athletic complex. This new multiuse turf field will be located directly behind the current stadium at DHS in currently undeveloped land. This new turf field will also be another home field for the Danbury Youth Soccer Club.
This award is given in honor of a former Danbury Youth Soccer Club player that passed away at a young age, but loved to play soccer and was a terrific sport and team player. His parents have asked DYSC to give this award in honor of their son to encourage good sportsmanship every year.

DYSC would like to invite all of you to the DSYC Club Night and support the Western Connecticut Women’s Soccer team this Saturday, 9/22, at 5pm in a game against UMASS Dartmouth. The game will be held at the WAC on the Westside campus. The entrance is directly across the street from the Stop and Shop on Mill Plain Rd.
Aside from supporting the women, it’s a great opportunity to allow our players, parents, volunteers and coaches to meet and interact with the different faces of the club. We realize it’s short notice, but we look forward to seeing some of the 1300 faces that make up DYSC for some or all of the game!
